- Squarespace (if this is something you already use and love)
- Wix (honestly, only if absolutely desperate)
Why don't we use Wordpress? Read more here: https://webflow.com/vs/wordpress
Yes, we use and build using Webflow for the majority of the sites we build.
We love this fast, secure and accessible platform.
Learn more about Webflow here.
For e-commerce sites, we generally recommend Shopify.
No, we do not build Wordpress sites, but we’re happy to recommend someone if that’s a non-negotiable.
See here why we prefer Webflow over Wordpress: https://webflow.com/vs/wordpress
Our web projects can vary, ranging between $4k-$8k (AUD) for custom, fully accessible Webflow sites with CMS functionality.
Web projects will usually take somewhere between 4-12 weeks. This will vary on how ready you are with content, photography, design direction, feedback etc and what the size and functionality of the site will be.
We have logo packages to suit most levels of engagement, not all. Our standard brand identity projects start at $2k but will depend on the scope of work involved.
If you're looking for cheap, we're not it.

Logo projects will usually take somewhere between 1-4 weeks. This varies on how ready you are with design direction, feedback, availability to meet etc.
In our standard brand identity projects, we’ll deliver all relevant brand assets and file types you need + one-page reference guide that gives you all the colour and typeface info you need.
Can include assets like profile circles, website favicons, social banners, display signage, business cards, report covers.
Need something specific? We'll include it.
Our brand identity process:
- We work through a discovery session (goals, audience, market) and create a mood board first.
- Then we’ll sketch out and refine a concept, mock it up in relevant media forms (merch, socials, signage etc).
- We present the concept and run through any questions that pop up.
- After any necessary tweaks, we collate the library of brand assets and the quick-reference guide and send this to your team.
We tend to not limit the number of revisions, it’s built in to the process.
If we’re three rounds in an not making any progress, we’ve either failed to communicate the vision or we haven’t set the correct objectives for the concept.
At minimum you need vector files (SVG, EPS or PDF) for your logo. These scale to any size without going blurry.
You should also ask for multiple logo versions (full colour, single colour, black and white) and variations (horizontal, stacked, icon-only) so your logo works across every context.
If a designer (or robot...) only delivers a JPEG or PNG, that's a red flag.
Don't be fooled into thinking you need a new logo every few years.
Consistency is key and the cost of rolling out a new brand across all touch points can get expensive.
A few clear signs that you need to consider a rebrand / logo refresh:
- your business has grown or changed direction and your brand no longer reflects that;
- you're embarrassed to hand out your business card;
- your competitors look more professional than you; or
- you've been in business for years and nothing has been touched since day one.
A simple logo refresh means updating your existing logo to feel more modern while keeping the core brand identity recognisable.
A more comprehensive rebrand means starting from scratch with a completely new identity.
Yes, you can use AI to make your logo. For some businesses at the very start, it might buy you some time.
But AI logo tools pull from the same pool of shapes, fonts and layouts, which means your logo can end up looking like a dozen others in your industry.
What a professional designer brings is strategy. Your logo should be rooted in who you are, who you're trying to reach, and what makes you different. AI can't do that discovery work for you.
Yes we can help manage your socials. We can setup social accounts and systems, create strategies, take photos or film and deliver content. Whatever suits your business and budget.
Yes! We can help film, edit and launch video content for your business. We also work with a bunch of locals who we can recommend to you too.
While we can provide some general support, we leave these types of deliverables to the people specialising in digital advertising. We have a few who we trust in this area and point you in the right direction.
No, and trying to be on every platform usually backfires. It's better to show up well on one or two platforms where your customers actually spend time than to post sporadically across five.
For most small businesses, that means picking the platform that suits your content style and your audience, then being consistent there.
Consistency matters more than frequency. Posting on socials three times a week, every week, will outperform a burst of daily posts followed by six weeks of silence.
Quality, relevance and regularity are the three things to get right.
